I can play the loop over and over in FL Studio and it sounds just fine but once the file is exported I hear a crackling sound just at the end like some sort of static. This is the bass loop and as you can tell you'll hear a crackling sound at the end right before it loops over: bassss. Basically, the buffer length needs to be increased which allows FL more time to process the mix when streaming it back. Go to Options Audio settings and then drag the 'Buffer length' slider up to about 100ms. Increase it if you're still getting crackling. Hey guys, just ran into a fairly unusual issue recently. Whenever I load up FL Studio, any sound played starts to crackle. The same happens when I load ANY plugin or drag a sample. I noticed it the other day when I loaded up an instance of Reaktor and any sort of sound played, even triggered samples would begin to crackle.
Sounds For Fl Studio Free
Hey everyone, I decided to put fl studio onto my desktop instead of using it on my laptop because it over heats a lot now. Anyway on my laptop i use fl 9 and it never crackles and the cpu load rarely goes over 50% (this is a 2.0 ghz dual core and around 4 years old) and the buffer length is at the highest so that i can use it without annoying stuttering and crackling.
However when i put it on my pc (which has a 3.4 ghz quad in it) i was hoping for it to run a lot better than on my laptop but instead it is pretty much un-usable. It hits around 70% cpu load and crackles/stutters when playing a kick, a snare and a 3xosc. I've tried lowering the buffer length to the highest (8000 and something) and switching to the asio4all sound driver. This made the under-runs go from 2000 to around 20 but it is still stuttering like mad. I don't understand why its and wondering if anyone knew if it has anything to do with needing a new soundcard. But in both my laptop and pc i dont have a dedicated soundcard but the laptop has worked. RAM should also not a problem as laptop has 4gb and pc has 8gb. So just asking if anyone knows if this is a soundcard problem or just something I'm doing wrong? cheers in advance
Cracking Sound Fl Studio Software
so check it here's the details. i'm running Fl studio 11 producer edition on an hp elitebook 6930p, with an intel core 2 duo processor, 2.53 ghz, 4gb of ram, on windows 7 64 bit operating system.
i'm trying to record my acoustic guitar in fl studios, through the avid mbox mini interface. in order to do this i have to switch my primary sound driver to the asio4all driver. once i do this everything in fl studio starts to snap crackle and pop (no pun intended)and buffer horribly. the drums loop i already have set is crackling extremely bad, and when i start to play the guitar it sounds horrible crackling and popping and buffering. and its not just fl studio, i'm having the same problem in ableton. usually they both run perfectly fine when i use my primary sound driver, even when running powerful vsti like massive and nexus with multiple tracks. so its got something to do with asio. I've been all over the net looking for answers, i'm not sure if its underruns because the under run counter is at zero and not increasing, changing the asio buffer size doesn't seem to have any effect, changing the multithread mixer and multithread generator have no effect. the priority is set at it's highest. i went into my computer settings and set it to 'high performance mode' and nothing seems to change. please if anyone knows how to fix this it would be so greatly appreciated.
